Amanda Betts is an Operations Associate at Wavecrest Growth Partners and joined the firm in July 2026. Prior to joining Wavecrest, Amanda worked in asset management at T. Rowe Price as an Investment Reporting Specialist.
Amanda received a B.A. in Risk Management and Insurance with a concentration in Business Analytics from the University of South Carolina.

If you could spend a month in any city, where would you go?
I'd absolutely love to spend a month in Iceland during the summer. While Reykjavík gets most of the attention (and for good reason), the real magic is exploring the natural wonders beyond the city. I was lucky enough to spend two weeks there in college, and I've dreamed of going back ever since.
What’s a hidden talent or skill you have that people wouldn’t guess about you?
When I was younger, I was a competitive Irish dancer for 9 years (I’m not Irish).
Where did you grow up?
I was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, and everything they say about us is true – we love our flag, blue crabs and Old Bay. One of the best parts of growing up there was having easy access to farms, forests, mountains, rivers, and beaches, all within the tiny state. And, of course, I'm proud to be from the home of the best quarterback in the NFL.
