Adele Difazio is the Director of Operations at Wavecrest Growth Partners and joined the firm in March 2019. Prior to Wavecrest, Adele was a Senior Office Manager at Concepts International LLC, where she was responsible for the company’s financial, operational and organizational functions. Prior to Concepts International LLC, Adele was a Senior Manager at The Tannery, specializing in retail chain and e-commerce operations.
Adele received her B.S. in Marketing from Suffolk University.

Where did you grow up?
I was born in Beirut, Lebanon but my family emigrated to Boston when I was two years old. I grew up visiting Beirut during the holidays and summer. There is no place like Beirut but Boston will always have my heart.
What is your “go-to” comfort food?
My mother makes the best Lebanese food. If I can’t get a traditional home cooked meal – the next best thing is french fries. If it’s on the menu I am ordering it. – Bon appétit!
The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is:
Life is all about managing expectations – most of all, your own.
